Fruits and vegetables are the color of a meal. Every dinner in our house had some raw green some cooked color and a meat or fish. But then there were meals that were monochromatic: fish or chicken with cauliflower and rice was tasty, but visually unpleasant.
While living in Japan I started to see how a carefully planned meal with a variety of different foods- a mix of vegetables, meats or fish and herbs- can affect the dining experience..
These beans would be great for the same kids who like blue ketchup, pink milk, and orange cheese sauce. And for big kids who like amber ale, red, wine, and bleu cheese.
